Executive Condominium (EC) is a hybrid of public and private housing, it is under HDB’s rule and regulations for the first 10 years after TOP and only allow to sell after 5 years MOP just like HDB flat. EC is a great choice for HDB upgraders that intend to move into private residential after their HDB BTO flat went passes the 5 years MOP mark.
